In our organic garden we grow local vegetables, herbs and medicinal plants using only natural methods, without the use of chemicals or synthetic substances. Fresh, seasonal produce harvested from the garden enriches our dishes, offering our guests healthy and delicious meals prepared with respect for the environment and tradition. We organize tastings of our own olive oil, which you can buy and take home with you. We have a park for your leisure time and can help you find your way around the area. We constantly strive to reduce our environmental impact and live in harmony with nature, and in collaboration with cooperatives in the area, we organize and host social farming projects. Finally, we host volunteers for annual or short-term projects.
