What to do in summer in the country
In the surroundings of Casa Cares you can plan trips to the Riserva Naturale di Vallombrosa or to the Pratomagno; you can take a walk to the Balze, a bath at the river or a dip at the swimming pool in Reggello.
If you love art, go and visit the Trittico del Masaccio at the Pieve di Cascia, or reach Arezzo, Firenze and Siena.
If you want to spend a day visiting the best vineries in the area, the Strada dei Setteponti between Firenze and Arezzo allows you to put together nature, art, local food and wine. If you just want to read, rest, play or take a ride in the vegetable garden, there is the big Casa Cares garden!
