Anti Covid-19 initiatives
We have always been extremely diligent in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the rooms which host you. From the beginning of the pandemic to today, we have taken even more precautions to ensure that your stay is free of issues and your health is protected. The methods we use to offer our accommodation and catering services have inevitably undergone changes dictated by the new regulations aimed at preventing the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Despite this, we believe it is crucial to emphasise that the physical distance we must put between us should not be reflected in terms of a relational distance, which is the basis of our idea of hospitality and our vocation.
These are the measures put in place to ensure your safety, that of the staff and our outside collaborators:
Staff training on compliance with safety regulations
Presence of information signs to remind everyone of the behaviours required to respect one another’s safety
Use of surgical masks / FFP2 by staff
Breakfast at the table/buffet service carried out in compliance with current regulations
Rearrangement of tables in the breakfast/restaurant rooms in order to ensure a safe distance
Hand sanitising gel dispensers located in various points in the facilities
Frequent cleaning, hygienisation, sanitation and ventilation carried out regularly in the rooms and common areas
Use of ozone machines to sanitise the rooms*
*In some structures, when necessary, ozone machines are used to sanitise the rooms and environments
In compliance with the current legislation, guests are required to wear a mask in the common areas
In compliance with current legislation, guests are required to sign the Regulations which call for self-verification of the guest’s state of health at the time of check-in
