What we have learned from the pandemic
We have always prioritized safety and cleanliness in the spaces where we welcome you. Since the pandemic, we have become even more meticulous in ensuring you have a peaceful stay while protecting your health. The way we provide our lodging and dining services has retained some of the changes mandated by regulations designed to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and to improve overall hygiene.
We think it is appropriate to emphasize how much the physical distance that in some situations it is good to put between us should not be reflected in a relational distance, which is the basis of our idea of welcome and our vocation.
These are the measures maintained to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff and outside contractors:
Staff training on compliance with safety regulations
Presence of explanatory signs to remind people of the behaviors to be kept in respect of other people
Use by staff of surgical masks/ FFP2 according to current regulations
Table or buffet breakfast service carried out with special attention to hygiene
Frequent cleaning, sanitation, sanitization and ventilation carried out regularly in rooms and common areas
Provision of hand sanitizing gel at various locations in the facilities
