A retreat surrounded by nature
More and more often, companies are offering themed getaways for employees or clients as part of their incentive programs. These include reward trips, creative workshops, and experiential group getaways, as well as annual retreats to exchange ideas and look toward the future.
At Casa Cares, which has always specialized in hosting small and large groups, we understand the benefits of a retreat in nature. That’s why we welcome all organizations that want to treat their teams to a special corporate retreat.
The interior spaces
Located in an annex just a short walk from the Villa, the Sala Teatro and the Sala Nuova are approximately 75 square meters in size, with wooden floors, and are suitable for plenary meetings or activities (yoga, biodanza, theater, music). They can accommodate up to 40–90 people seated and up to 35 people moving around.
The Sala Nuova is bright and modern; the Sala Teatro, dating back to the 18th century, has excellent acoustics and is perfect for choirs and orchestras. Both are equipped with flip charts, chairs, a video projector, a microphone, and Bluetooth speakers.
At the Villa, you can organize work in small groups in the numerous rooms and lounges, which are well-suited for both work sessions and leisure time.
The outdoor spaces
There is also a large garden, an olive grove, and a forest available for outdoor activities: from a game of ping-pong to short hikes, forest bathing, and meditation.
You can also take a guided tour of the Small Museum of Olive Oil and the Local Area, located in the old olive oil mill, and participate in an olive oil tasting.
The vegetable garden and the kitchen
The estate also has its own vegetable garden, and thanks to its produce, the cuisine at Casa Cares is flavorful, colorful, and seasonal. Meals are served buffet-style, and coffee breaks can be arranged upon request.

Casa Cares is located a short distance from Florence, in the town of Reggello, and is easily accessible from anywhere in Italy via the A1 highway, taking the Incisa-Reggello exit.
