On June 6 and 7, the Waldensian House in Vallecrosia, a stone’s throw from the French Riviera, will host WineAround! On the program are tastings from more than 300 wineries from all over Italy, an exhibition market with craft beers, spirits and liqueurs, live music, gastronomic specialties and a space dedicated to children for two family-friendly days.

The 12th edition of theElba Book Festival is scheduled from July 21 to 24. The event brings to the heart of the Tuscan Archipelago the best of independent publishing among presentations, meetings with authors, readings and kids workshops. Plus DJ sets, panel discussions and bookshops.
For music lovers from Aug. 28 to Sept. 12 there is Elba Isola Musicale D’Europa, 30th edition of the international kermesse that catalyzes artists from all over the world. The goal: to recreate musical masterpieces of all times in an unparalleled setting.
Valdese House Hotel Pietra Ligure
The Riviera di Ponente, home to the Casa Valdese Hotel Pietra Ligure, is not only dotted with beautiful villages but also an outdoor paradise.
May 15-17 sees the return of Finale For Nepal, an event created to promote sport climbing by building a bridge between Liguria and the Asian country. In addition to a gathering for thousands of enthusiasts, the festival strives to raise funds for educational and sports projects in the Nepalese territory.
And then mountain biking, for which the Finale area is one of the most renowned destinations in Europe. Panoramic trails, technical routes, adrenaline-fueled descents and gentler routes designed for those who pedal in relaxation. Not to mention diving, with must-see spots like Secca della Stella and Secca dei Marassi.
